TRS Satvik is a brand of SilamSpice LLP. We are committed to delivering
pure, authentic, and premium-quality spices and masalas to your doorstep.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Refund or return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or
incorrectly delivered.
- Products must be unused and in their original sealed packaging.
- Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return due to
the perishable nature of food items.
HOW TO RAISE A REFUND REQUEST
1. Email us at silamspices1@gmail.com with your order number, a brief
description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or
incorrect product.
2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
3. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your
original payment method.
4. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI
after verification.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Opened or used spice/masala products
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Requests raised after the 7-day return window
CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting
us at silamspices1@gmail.com.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
- For COD orders refused at delivery, a cancellation/return shipping
fee may be deducted.
This policy is governed by SilamSpice LLP under applicable Indian
consumer protection laws.
