Shipping policy

TRS Satvik, a brand by SilamSpice LLP, ships premium spices and masalas 
across India. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the 
  next working business day.

DELIVERY TIMELINE
- Standard delivery: 4–7 business days across major cities and towns.
- Remote or rural pin codes may take up to 10 business days.

SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹30 to ₹60 applies to orders below ₹499.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
- COD is available across most serviceable pin codes in India.
- A nominal COD handling fee of ₹30 to ₹60 may be applicable at checkout.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept 
  and make payment at the time of delivery.
- Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being restricted 
  for future orders from the same address.

ORDER TRACKING
- A tracking link will be shared via SMS and/or email once your order 
  is dispatched from our facility.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please refer to our 
  Refund & Return Policy and raise a request within 7 days of delivery 
  at silamspices1@gmail.com.

Shipping is managed by SilamSpice LLP and fulfilled from our warehouse 
in Gurugram, Haryana.
